While we love hearing good feedback as much as the next person, this also says something about people’s perception of mechanics and auto repair in general.
We don’t think finding a good mechanic or auto technician should be a gamble, no matter who or where you are.
Since the very beginning, our team at APC have lived and worked by the belief that we should treat our customers as we’d want to be treated ourselves: honestly, respectfully, promptly and transparently.

Your car will leave better than it came in – always
No matter how big or small the job, we always make sure your car comes out of the workshop looking and driving better than when it went in.
More affordable than dealers
Dealers have massive overheads and commission structures that they need to support, and as a result, these expenses get passed onto you, the unsuspecting customer.
Because we’re independent, we can do most everyday jobs far cheaper than the dealerships can. Be sure to shop around before agreeing to anything!
We don’t upsell or upcharge
Fixed-price servicing often sounds good, but a lot of the time, these rates don’t cover parts, labour, additional work or anything else.
The bill is never the same as the price on the coupon.
APC doesn’t do this. We only do the work we have quoted for – no extras, no surcharges, no surprises. If we do find that the problem is bigger than we thought, we’ll let you know ahead of time and make sure you have all the facts before making the decision to proceed or go elsewhere.
We tell you everything – evidence included!
When your car gets serviced or fixed, sometimes it’s hard to know what’s been done, or even to realise that there was a problem in the first place.
To give you total peace of mind, we will show you the part that has been damaged, we’ll explain what the problem is, and we’ll outline your options in plain English.
And we never carry out any work until you know exactly what costs are involved. It’s your choice, full stop.
Detailed inspection every time
Whether your car has come in for a regular service or because you think there’s something wrong with it, we never do the bare minimum.
Every car that comes through our shop gets a thorough inspection from our expert staff. If something looks iffy, we’ll let you know.

We do our best to complete all regular servicing jobs within a day. This sometimes changes at very busy times, but in general you can drop your car off in the morning and have it back by the afternoon.
We do have a courtesy car for your convenience, but it operates on a first-come first-serve basis, so be sure to get in quick!
